I like them! What front axles are they running? I see a 9" in the rear but I do not see any hubs out front so I do not think that it is a 44.

Great.bondo has it's place but if it has to do with moisture or strength, glass is the way to go.

A "pre-runner" is a 2wd pick-up or other truck, that is oversprung with lots of suspension travel that is made for pre-running trophy truck courses so the drivers know what to expect during the race. so yes, it is just a tube for the front axel

OK. See when I think of prerunning I think of doing it in the same one as you would race kind of like the hammers. This should be cool I am looking forward to seeing this get done!! I think he should do a XJ hammers rig. Some of my buddys have done that and are going out in 2 weeks for it. But a prerunner is still vary cool!!

I hope they completely re-did the unibody frame rails...anything else seems like it'd get torn up beyond repair in KOH

jeepspeed.net pretty much made me realize that I'm more of a desert high speed kinda guy that likes the crawling every now and again. check out the forums and you can learn a GRIP. and fiberglass fenders, you can just get the huuuuge ones and I highly doubt you will tag em. but I have no experience so I couldnt really say. I know I'll probably end up putting them on my heep.

it seemed like no one on this thread knew about jeep speed til a little bit ago. i've see the jeep speed races in person, in Lucerne California. Great races. Those Cherokee's are amazing though, they are usually running insane trophy truck-like suspension in the rear.
