A local shop will plastidip your jeep hear for like 500 bucks. Really clean, they use the gun

Oh well, then I saved 300 and enjoyed doing it myself. I 100% prefer to do it myself than have others do it. Just the way I am.

I really want to Plasti dip mine. But I'm afraid one swipe of a branch against it and it will peel off. Our trails are tight where I'm from.

I suggest it. If it does get scratched, you can literally just spray a coat or two right over the scratch and its as if it was never there. I have had to do that because of me doing dumb things. No need to even tape off or anything in that situation. If it needs to have the entire panel to be torn off, just respray it. Keep a few cans of the same paint around in that case.

Just an update: I was recently in a collision with another driver. This puts a large delay on any work I had planned.

However, after I do the body work to replace dented fenders and bent bumpers, I plan to proceed and continue to make this appear more like a Military vehicle.
