Yes, I read that. Hes putting an IRO 8" on, but I still believe he will need to trim considering I am running 8" with 35s and it needed to be trimmed. Thanks for chiming in though

Well as far as trimming the fenders, I sure hope I can keep it with the fenders rolled like it is. but I did find some time today to get some work done.
First I just wanted to point out that when I bought the lift kit I did pay the extra 100 dollars for the adjustable radius arms.

First thing this morning I headed to the welding shop, where I found out that it cost $20 for the rod that I needed to weld the rear end. So I spent the morning welding the gears.

Once the rear end was back together, I put the add a leaf in the spring pack and hung them on the jeep.

Once I got the leafs hung I put the rear end back in and installed the shocks. Shock boots are ordered, didn't know the kit wouldn't come with them.

hell ya my rear end in my 2000 is welded to i love it and its my dd/offroader almost every day lol u got to love the chirp on turns going to weld my other jeep soon shes just a trail rig

Just wanted to point out how great it is to be friends with the guy at the exhaust shop. It's not loud, but is got a great sound for an xj. I haven't gotten an engine code yet either.
