Passenger side done, I had to make my own seat mount because the old one was rotten.

Now the replacement panels for the floorboards ranged in price from about $50 to $150 a piece. I only spent about thirty bucks on sheet metal.

I ordered the iron rock offroad 8" long arm kit, but it's' on backorder and I won't have it until the 11th, so i'm kind of at a stand still for now.
If anyone has heard good or bad things about this kit I would like to know.

Looking good brother! I love that headliner....mines not falling down but I may just do what you did. It looks wicked. Looking forward to the IRO install. I really want that kit but already have roughly 8" of lift (purchased it that way). I am just gonna upgrade to their long arms (hopefully soon)

Finally got the lift kit on the 21st!!! For the most part everything came in good condition. But the leaf springs were not in a box or even wrapped in shrinkwrap. Now It really doesn't matter to me what the leaf springs look like because they're going to be bouncing them off of rock anyways, but I at least thought that they would have wrapped them. There are a lot of chips and scratches from shipping. Anyays, Now comes all of the prep work to install the lift.

My leaf packs from RC were shipped bare. I think that is the usual.

Nice build so far. I look forward to the lift!

Looks like a good start! How much trimming do you think you will need to do to make those not rub with that lift??
