i am definatly goin to rhino line the floor boards... im just having a hard time thinking about rippin out the perfect interior.. haaha but eventually i plan on getting some kind of tubular front an rear bumpers.. probably make them myself since ive completly made my "whole" lift from scratch in my garage... but what do you guys think of the 2.8 v6 in this dog.. goes great now that ive bored it .030 over better cam and polished it up a bit. i would like to think im saving my tiny axles with less power but there is always room for improvement. i only have about 4 inches of lift im guessing... maybe throw a 2 inch block under the rear springs and actually buy some front coils instead of welding stock springs together ... anybody know of any good but inexspensive lockers for the front an rear?

you are lookin to get hurt weldin your coils
again grand cherokee v-8 coils i believe should net you 2 inches then get ya a coil spacer kit and some boomerang shackles for the rear
since its str8 mud monster blocks out back won't hurt but don't go nuts its reall hard on the leaf pack and axle
hope that helps ya

forget the rear blocks, pick up some S10 or dakota packs at the pull-a-part and make some bastards, good way to get 4" lift, then grab some lift shackles if you want to go higher
for front springs find some thunderbird coils (~3" lift) then grab some spacers if you want to go higher
for cheap lockers either look into aussie or you could just weld up your spider gears

v8 grand cherokee springs and a 2 inch coil spacer will get you 4 inchs of lift and a smooth ride. get a dodge dakota leaf spring pack and take the top leaf and put it onto your xj pack and that is suppose to be good for a few inchs, then a longer shackle. if your gonna do blocks, tack weld them in a few spots to the axle spring mount, that way they can't come out.
cheap locker.... weld the rear end, or craigslist.
build yourself some bumpers!!!

You can beat the hell out of these arms.
Take a look at these shocks. Doetsch Tech 8000. I'm very happy with them

My advice if your biulding it to use and long term stay away from RC.
