well, got the first set of parts in from Ruffstuff:

14 bolt disc brake brackets, ridiculously heavy duty cover, and spring perches. still waiting on the u-bolts, u-bolt plates, and pinion guard.

 

all the brackets for the front axle are in

 

looks like i can add a new sticker to my jeep...

 

picked up 5 humvee wheels/tires in kentucky today:

 

i also picked up a set of these wheels...

 

14 bolt has spring perches on now, and all other brackets cut off. now im cleaning it up, getting the shock mounts set, and getting everything painted. this things a BEOTCH to move by yourself.



all my brake parts for the disc brake swap...


picked up a hydro assist as well:


and took my bumper off and cut the mounts shorter...still needs a bit more welding (this will help with approach angle):

having issues with the calipers...im leaking brake fluid where the lines go in, but other than that the rear is pretty much done. top of the hatch is around 6 an a half feet from the ground...

 

One word, SICK!

made some jackstands to make my life easier:


front axle is out...and i did full frame stiffeners








just gotta weld on the other RK mount, then its onto the front axle.

 

did a bit of work on the front axle...now im fighting 25 year old u joints...

 

alright, got off my butt and got the 231 out:



im lazy so i cut out a bit to reach the top bolts (this'll make the klune install easier as well):

 

ss brake lines, an-4 90 degree fittings, and Solid drive flanges
