Default New Daily Driver

I picked up this 2001 xj for my DD, i've been looking for another XJ for a long time and I found this one. It has 172,000 miles on it, all highway, no rust, the guy I got it from was the original owner, and showed me all the maint records.

No big plans as I already have a capable XJ, im gonna rebuild the rear springs and level the front with some spacers, and install new shocks. Then drive it till it dies

Actually that ugly side molding can be painted black and I'd leave it there. It protects against those run-a-way shopping carts that like to ding your doors.

Thats what my 96 is for.......yes im stupid enough to own two xj's!!!!! I wanna keep this one stock to tow my snowmobiles, and have something nice to drive around that dosn't hop from lane to lane.
I think im leaving the molding on and im gonna paint it black so it looks better and not all faded.
