If you look in my picture you can see the holes from the stock bracket where the track bar bracket bolted up. Mine is forward a couple inches. You should be able to use my picture for a close reference.

If you put your coils over the center of the axle tube it will push the front end forward like 2 inches. That's how mine is set up. My drag link actually crosses the tie rod, the pitman arm sits behind the tie rod.

Yes. Well build you coil mounts over the center of the axle tube. Then build your arms and mock up the axle, center it and what not, set it at ride height. Then bolt your track bar up and see where it hits. What kind of track bar are you using? You also have to pay attention to your angles and lengths, what kind of steering are you planning on? You going to the knuckle with the drag link?

I'll just bring mine out and park it next to yours for a few weeks. You can copy it.

Pull the steering box out. plate the outside, the bottom, and build a new steel spacer. Then after the track bar bracket is welded on you build a brace from the track bar bracket to the passenger side. I am also running a steering box brace. AND hydro assist. All to keep the uni body from cracking and breaking anymore.

Just don't forget to set it at ride hight like what X1994J said. This is very important because it is radius arms. I have the same set up.

Yeah. Have you even slung the 9" under the rear and bolted it up yet? That'll bolt right in, what are you waiting for?
