What kind of welder are you using again? Glad to hear there's some progress happening. I beat the **** out of mine for 5 days in Moab with 0 carnage. I think i've finally got it dialed in.

Well the thing was, i used MIG. I was decent. Layed good beads, but i just REALLY HATED wire being fed to me. So thats why i got the stick. I can lay amazing beads on flat surfaces, or doing a butt joint. But any t joint i make, my bead falls from side to side. Ill post some pics when i get home. But its frustrating me!

So my uncle came over today who is really good at welding. He watched me weld and gavs me some pointers and it helped a lot! My technique was sloppy, also we got nee some fatter rod, and cranked it up a little hotter and it helped a ton. So i welded up my crossmember! Sorry im not posting any pictures, im just so fudgin busy i never have time. Ill try yo get some up asap!

Your gona have one B.A. rig man. Cant wait to see those axles on their. Im going full width on mine too except with a 1 ton sterling rear axle from a ford and a 44 front whenever I find a good priced 44.
