cutting holes in your cowl seems like it defeats the point in using a cowl intake... Instead of a snorkel anyway.
cant water not get to the inlet at all normally since it WAS closed up?

Anyway shes looking great. I just ordered some RE 3.5" leaf springs I'll proabably be ordering a H/T SYE soon after those are in lol

Thanks, Diggin your jeep too. Actually there was a hole on the driver side already, just not the passenger side. It's connected anyhow so I just made two holes closer to the air intake. Good luck with your lift.

I see. I have never really looked to see how everything is set up in the cowl. I really want that spectre intake but I think im going to end up doing a custom cowl hose through the stock air box.

Well, got my screen cut and put on. Now off to make some brackets for my rear window storage. Went to 4 stores today looking for a spanner wrench. Burned a lot of time, and no luck. The one place that has them is closed sat and sun. WTH?

Alright, getting back on track. bought some more tools this weekend and a high lift jack. Got my extended bump stops and my shackle relocation kit in yesterday! Made brackets for my window racks and mocked up. Painting tomorrow, after a ride on the bike of coarse. High of 72 tomorrow! Hopefully installing my lift next weekend or the week after. Can't wait.
A few pics of the window racks.
