My next project is the On board air AC converion!
Still in the hunt and gather stage. Here is what I have so far.
HF 11 gallon air tank, HF auto retractable hose reel, inline filter, inline fog oiler, T valve and pressure gages. and a few high pressure hoses. Also bought a 200 PSI compressor but I may stick with the stock AC unit for now and see how that goes. I think I need to return both the oiler and filter because I bought the 3/8 and not the 1/4 size.

I think with the 11gallon tank and the ac unit converted you should be happy my dad and brother have on board air that way and they have no issues.

Thanks man! Thats great to hear! That makes me feel much better. I had one guy telling me that the 11 gal tank was to big, but I always thought that more volume was better for running air tools.

Ya I think that the tank is rated at 125, so (I think) lol, it's not supposed to go over 125 psi. Thats the next thing I am looking for is the pressure switch and some hose. Hey thanks for all your input man!

CB Radio, scanner, and VHF radio set up.
CB also holds my coffee cup perfect between the Cb and the seat lol

40ch CB, VHF Police/SAR radio and a scanner, so if I’m talking on one frequency on the VHF I can monitor the other frequency’s and hear if someone else is trying to get a hold of me. Sorry my dash looks so bad, I had just replaced the heater control unit and installed new switches for my rack lights

Antenna set up.
Here is what I went with. The stainless steel fender mount with a 102" stainless steel whip. Very important to run a good quality stiff spring. Especially if you run a whip or a fire stick because it will rip the screws right out of the fender. I’ve been running this setup for about 8 years now and other than an occasional tightening of the screws, (That has been once since installed) have had no problems. However, the best location for a ground plane antenna is dead center of the vehicle (for best all around reception).

Scanner antenna, I bought a splitter that lets you use the AM/FM antenna. Works very well. You can still use the AM/FM radio and you dont need to install another antenna set up. For the VHF radio I'm running a Maxrad antenna pretty much the same as the CB set up but shorter.
You can see it in the pic below on the passenger side.
