Hey man awesome xj! Looks like a beast. So I read you haven't regeared yet. How is it on 35's with the stock gears? Power ok? Is the mileage terrible? Again man awesome xj!

Thanks man. Haven't done gear work but I think It may be geared already. Thing launches of stoplights and flies up hills. The owner before me bought it from another guy lifted and with 34s. He didn't know anything about previous gear work, but I swear its already geared. Soon I'm gonna pop the diff open and find out. The mileage sucks tho but it's a jeep lol. I have a Subaru I drive everyday

Jack it up and spin the tire and count how many times the drive shaft rotates per full tire rotation and you could get close

Stock with the bend to add a couple inches. I jacked the rubicon stainless rear off my old jeep before they towed it away, just need to install that. My 97 had the SS line and Chevy 1500 front lines. Super long on like 5" lift. May do them again

Not sure the year I just looked around the forums and found the part numbers at napa, walked right in and asked for the 2 numbers and that was them. Now keep in mind, ur not gonna have as much up travel with larger tires, but you wanna focus on down travel. That's when u need longer lines. A lot of guys wanna keep as low as possible but have a ton of down travel

Ok so this is 3 inch lift on 30's. my down travel is limited by brake lines and track bar at the moment. I'm 2wd and the coil is unseated meaning I have no weight there to provide traction IF I had 4wd... So i would be good in theory. Now I'm going to add 2 inches or so and run 33's hopefully. You can see where my bump towers were cut to get the springs in and so bump stopping is pretty much not gonna happen unfortunately... Lol I could do limiting straps and I guess I'll have to do something lol but it's a work in progress.
