Just read through your whole build man. Love the XJ! I love white XJs my next one will definitely be white and a southern one at that...no rust on the frame(live in Ohio). I'm at 4.5-5" w/31s and can't wait to jump to 35s this summer, like you I plan on doing the gears, lockers, tires, truss all at once.

Got the LED lights ordered for my roof rack today off superbrightleds.com. I am going with 4 5.5" rounds up front and 2 4.5" rounds on the back for floods. Hopefully they will he here by the end of this week (they shipped out today) will have plenty of pics when the roof rack and lights are all mounted up

Sorry to butt in. You all know I love plasti dip.
Thanks for the advice! I never would have thought of that. Now I just need to fix my rust first

Lights just came in today! Very good quality product! Seems like they're in a metal housing which is really nice. Can't wait to get these bad boys mounted on to my roof rack! For the front I ordered four 5.5" rounds (9 LEDs per light) and for the rear I got two 4.5" rounds (6 LEDs per light) here are some pics
