Good to know, I really like how high they come up on the main hoop. I think I made mine a little too tall on the sketches

I was worried about the same thing, but I trimmed the down a lot from when I got them. They're 1.75" DOM btw.

Very nice, what thickness? I'm thinking 3/16" for the main bumper, 1/4" for the tie ins, and probably 1/8" for the tube

Ehh. I think it's .120 or thinner. My bumper is all 3/16.

Alright, good to know. Once I pick a style I'll work out all the materials and what not and then I'll probably make another drawing in google sketchup

So did you remove your factory roof racks so you could put the rack on that you made?

Alright so you just cut and folded one rear one? Did you cut in between the spot welds then fold those little pieces up?!

Thanks! The visors are held together with a ton of little plastic clips, so I just took a flat head screwdriver and carefully pryed them apart. They'll open right up like a clamshell. You'll also want to take out the mirrors if you have those. They just snap in as well. After it was apart, I just wrapped them in fabric and closed them back up. I don't even think I used glue because the oem fabric didn't.

Uhm, honestly I don't think I was that precise. I just cut up about 2 inches every inch or so and then used a big hammer and some pliers to fold it up. I probably could have done a much cleaner job, but it didn't matter too much because the bushwackers cover everything up anyway

That's is the same mindset I have haha, but they fit fine with that method right?
