That's questionable... I mean for just a bumper with D rings would be fine, that's basically what tow hooks use for the factory bumper but a winch? I'm sure the stiffeners will help out a lot.

We will see. There are about 10 people that I've seen running the same bumper with out stiffeners with 9500lbs winch with no problems that I've heard of.

Not much going on getting ready to move. Did a little wheeling with the guys from iro and blew up a rear drive shaft. Fixed it and took mom wheeling the following weekend up north in Gilbert that was fun. Sold the Subaru and picked up a 2001 TJ it should be a fun build.

Nice! I really want a tj but I still have plenty of stuff to do on mine, as well as actually get it ready to go wheel somewhere and feel confident it'll get back lol

Get that jeep ready. IRO customer appreciation is coming up Aug 15 up in Gilbert. Lot of great stuff to win and so great wheeling you can run a stock jeep in Gilbert if you want I think your jeep would do just fine.
The TJ wont be getting built for sometime still need to finish the Xj. Did get to do some mall crawling last weekend at a jeep show in Rochester.
