With it being hot outside and all, i fixed up the back doors and took them off too. Personally i think it looks better with all 4 off.

Also found a brand new set of IRO longarms on a local forum for cheap, i'm talking to the guy selling them now.

Me too. Man, i went to lkq salvage yard today looking for manual crank doors and locks and every cherokee in there had electric stuff lol. I'm excited about the longarms. I'm going to the beach tomorrow and picking them up on the way. $300 for brand new IRO arms and crossmember!

I have no idea what to do about front shocks right now. I'd like to get away with a cheap white body shock but i don't wanna limit any travel so i've got some homework to do on shocks tonight.
Just got back from the beach, working on it today. I also ordered some stainless extended brakelines. Should be here soon.

Gettin there...I've got to run to the part store to get a new zerk fitting for the driver's side arm tomorrow. Also i'm out of cut off wheels so i'm pretty much stuck there for the day. At first i tried installing one side at a time and it was a PITA until i took all the factory links out and had the axle moving around on the jack. I love the crossmember however.
But yeah..zerk fitting, cutting off old brackets, waiting for brakelines, and measuring for shocks then she's ready to wheel again!
Bad pic sorry.

Im jealous man! Lol. Yea i'll get you some measurements from my shocks, mine are just RC nitro's. Nothing too special. My fronts have ~4.5"s from bottoming out and my rears have ~5"s of rod showing. I just bump stopped accordingly.

I really do appreciate that man. I've been reading up a lot about shocks the past couple nights.
Those factory lower control arm mounts are being a pain to get off tonight. Getting my dad to bring over the torch tomorrow.

And on my xj i actually try'd to fit the longest shock i could in mine for two reasons, one being incase i decided to raise the lift, and two for the most drop possible.
