Did a little work to my roof and bed section of the jeep recently. Reinforced the roof with square tube and capped off all of the holes left from the chop. Finally have a cleaner look and no more flapping roof. Only pic I've got, it's painted and clean now.

Also redid my bumpstops and changed my power steering pump recently.

Thanks buddy. Do you have any future dates set to go back? Either of you guys for that matter?
Id love to go back but this year is going to suck for it. My ****ing crappy job with its crappy hours ain't going to allow for many options if any at all.
Name a date and i'll see if i can make it work

I'd like to go back at least one more time this year, but like bheath, I'm not sure if the funds will be there... Especially since my next project is getting my MJ drivable. But hopefully, I can.
Funds are there. Time off may not be. I work every 4 days so my schedule is crap. One weekend out of the month, I get off from fri-sun. But if ya'll wanna go one weekend i might can take off. Just let me know.

I hear ya guys...my work schedule is working mon-sat right now so I could probably only swing a drive up saturday night, wheel and come home sunday type of trip. Last Saturday was the only one I've had off all year so far. Idk any dates yet, I usually go up with 3-5 other jeeps out of the club that I'm in.

So I pretty much forgot all about this thread, haven't really done much to the jeep anyways. But here's some new stuff for the hell of it.
Added 1.5" spacers and shackles to get me at ~6.5" of lift. I was just tired of bouncing off of the bump stops continuously. A nicer set of shocks would have probably solved that but I just didn't have the cash. Gave the rockers a fresh coat of paint also. Enjoy the pos mig flux core bead

Also I've recessed my JCR front winch bumper back about 1.75". Did the rear quarter chop and cut the ends off my rear bumper while I was in the welding mood also.
