Wish I had an update, but haven't been able to work on my rig all weekend thanks to the rain. Slightly frustrating. This weekend isn't looking much better either.

If it does end up raining, I'll have a shop put the tcase in. Tired of waiting and sure don't have the patience to wait any longer.
Back to the tcase, went to put the roll pin back in. Can I just get another roll pin somewhere? Hardware store?

Made good progress in getting my transfercase put back together.
The main shaft on the left is the reason my Jeep has been out of commission for almost 3 months.

The one on the left is a 242 from a '99. I attempted to install the RE HackNTap on it and tried to swap tailhousings from the 242 on the right. But it turned out that the mainshafts are different so the HackNTap didnt work on the '99. That threw my whole plan off. I just finished rebuilding my old 242 (the one on the right).

Got the tcase put in my Jeep.
But can't put the rear driveshaft in since I messed up the last ujoint. Need to take it to a drivetrain place on Monday to have them finish it. Putting a hammer in my hand at the moment isn't a bright idea.

Anyways, heres a picture. Also installed the 40lbs package I got.

Just need to get the driveshaft figured out, then I'll put my new wheels and tires on, along with the 96lbs package and the 60lbs package.

Been an awesome day in my Jeep world.
Left work early and picked up my rear driveshaft from Baertrax. Got home, filled up the tcase with fluid, installed the driveshaft, jump started the Jeep, and drove it for the first time in 3 months! Oh how I MISSED my Jeep! Up next was putting my 32s on. Finally got that done, and cleaned up the messed in the back of the Jeep.
Now for the pictures.

Now to paint my other packages then install them.
