Truck is totaled. Waiting on my check from the insurance company. Thinking of getting a Nissan Sentra Spec V, then dumping money into the Jeep.

Daily driver is figured out. Picked up an '02 VW Golf with 75000 miles on it, just like my '02 Frontier had. I might mod it a bit

As for the Jeep, the tcase overhaul kit and new chain got here earlier today. I also just finished ordering some nice presents for it a few minutes ago. Think armor.

Scratch the overhaul kit and new chain getting here. My roommate thought it was them, but it was something else. Those barely shipped TODAY. Hopefully I get them next week so I finish the damn thing! Need to get it ready for the other stuff I ordered.

new tires!?!?!? niceeee!!! i need some moneys to get some tires. and i also think i might need a tcase rebuild. i have the 242 also. i need a s.y.e. hack n tap, and my front yoke seal is leaky on my tcase. any idea if the tcase draws its fluid from the transmission? or if the tcase empties, does it stay empty?

Yep. It doesn't draw fluid from the transmission. It is its own unit with its own fluid.
