Have you looked into the WJ Steering and Brake swap ? This gives you bigger rotors , twin piston calipers and separates the steering links .... If you use a Late model TJ wheel bearing with a 1/4 in spacer behind it you can keep the current bolt pattern .. If your running 15" wheels , you can run a mustang cobra caliper (more clearance for the 15" wheel ) and a ford sport trac rotor (5x4.5 bolt pattern instead of re drilling the WJ rotor) ... Keep it up , I like how your jeep is coming along .. I am a big fan of the Xj and seeing one built like this is just cool ..
Yea, I've looked into the WJ setup/upgrade. I would love to do it, but right now, it boils down to time and money. I have too many other projects going on and no money to do them all haha. I'm gladly accepting donations to the Jeep fund, though.
