Hopefully i'll have a better update for you guys with some pics here soon... The jeep is currently sitting on all four wheels. Just waiting on some of this crap from the major let down known as Ballistic Fabrication. Then it'll finally be time to build my radius arms and mount my steering kit. I also made my conversion harness for my tail lights to go from the factory cherokee harness to my comanche tail light harness.

Took WAY too long but finally after a long ridiculous road of lies and delays I Finally Have the parts i need for my radius arm setup!
these are the CNC'd sleeves i've been waiting on from ballistic Fab.... now what they claim has been holding up my order is the polly bushings for them.... (cancelled them off the order) so i had to re-order some polly bushing from DIY4X.com Excellent shipping btw!
they came with a mounting width of 2.5", my sleeves are 2" so i had to cut some of the poly bushing and also shorten the sleeve for proper fit.
now what i have scattered on my garage floor is hardware for both the axle side (9/16's bolt) and long arm mount side (5/8's bolt). Also have the 2 poly bushings with sleeve's and 2 3/4" heims with 5/8's misalignment spacers. 1ft length of 2.5"x2.5" .25 wall square stock, and 3 ft of 1.75" .25 wall DOM tubing.
I did cut some of the square stock for my mounts on the long arms but didn't snag a pic before i called it a night.

well its not just the shipping that sux, its also their customer service is jsut plain awful... Lies upon Lies upon Lies. Every week they just don't care about their low end customers... But that's for another thread on here lol
lol thx! Yea me and a few of my buddies i've jeeping with for many years now, we never really noticed the comanche's around our area either. But then after i got mine out and about, they really started popping up everywhere... same goes for my 99 2-door XJ... Hardly ever noticed them until i got mine and was driving it. (btw- i describe it as the front half of a cherokee with a dodge dakota bed.)
But back to my build, its been a long term build but i've enjoyed everyday of it! hopefully will have it finished soon!!
Sub'd. Haven't seen any commanche running around here in south florida. Quick story, don't wanna hijack. But, I was telling my buddy about the commanche (while we were in my XJ) and I was trying to describe it to him (could only think of that little izuzu truck to compare it to). But all of the sudden he goes,"Does it look like that?" and sure enough, there it was. Black and lifted commanche. The only one I've ever seen in person. Btw...

new threaded bung and bushing end from Rustys
put my 36's back on this morning also
JCR 1-ton kit installed and also the Rustys track bar with the new end(s) installed
shot from the backside of the long arm/radius arms.. still need to mount my shocks to the axle and "hang" my break lines..... along with my axle breather tube
just a shot from down the driveway... the blue tape all over the windshield is from me failing at bed-lining the windshield trim... ran outta bed-liner spray barely half way through it "damnit!"

after fixing some wiring gremlins (part of the wire harness for the coil/alternator/AC hookup, and CPS sensor)i took it out to some trails close by..
don't worry i plan on cutting the factory lower control arms off soon!
also picked up a factory front skid plate (and found some 2" coil spacers) at the pick n pull, only payed $16 for em both
and i installed my cobra CB and the front skid plate today as well....
Coming soon.... my On Board Air setup

Nice manche! I may have missed it somewhere in the build, but when you swapped in the 8.25, did you have to move the perches or were they bolt in for a soa swap into the mj
