Wow thats about how much I paid for my 94 2 door. It was in similiar condition as well with a 5 speed and a dent in the passenger front quarter like yours.

right on! yeah the 5 speed is the way to go, I've driven xj's with the AW4 (i thinks thats what its called) and I really didn't like the way it shifts so i am pretty happy. nice! how did you get the dent? i got mine by getting distracted and going off the road a bit and the wheel came up and crunched the fender, this was before i cut the fenders.

well i am on spring break this week so today i was helping my dad with his stock xj and i decided to take the bumper end caps of my front bumper and angle the ends of my stock bumper. so i got mr. sawzall out and went to work, i don't have any pics yet but i hope to get them up tomorrow or the day after. i also but change the oil and filter which was much needed. on another note i have decided that this summer i am going to try and upgrade to the RE long arms and also go up about another inch in the process. i also am going to try (if i have time) to make sliders and a front bumper this summer when i upgrade to the long arm suspension. this is just what i would like to do, if i have the time and the resources and God willing my xj will have a bit of a remodel this summer, i also want to rip out all the carpet and herculine my floor boards and maybe the outside, who knows what will happen lol

Default wheeling trip

well today has been a busy day. I installed an open cooling system from a newer model cherokee into my jeep this morning, i do not have pics yet but i will try to get them up tomorrow. this afternoon I was able to go wheeling with myHEEPis.rad who happens to live in the same area as me. we have had some snow in the mountains that surround the lake that our county is named after, so we were able to plan a day trip to go wheeling. here are the pics that i was able to get between driving and having a blast!
getting ready to go.

playing around, waiting for more people to show up.

Default long arms

well the summer is here, school is over and I am going back to work, so this summer if all goes to plan i hope to have new axles, go up to 33's and hopefully long arms, I am not sure what brand of long arm kit to go with yet, i have a RE kit so i'd like to stick with RE but the kit is a little pricey so i am considering the IRO long arm kit. so I was wondering what you guys thoughts are, it would be nice to hear your opinions.

Yeah, RE's skid plate is freaking beef. Powder coated 1/4" plate, its definitely nice to have.

wow! 1/4? I think you just made up my mind for me lol! also I'm thinking of throw in my 2 in spacer back in and running 35's not quite sure yet but they should fit if I put the spacer on top of my 4.5 in springs. and for gears I am think 4.56's maybe 4.88's
