Well looks like more issues from the nylock nuts sent with my kit from RC. This time the ones on my upper control arms. Today was my 500 mile recheck of everything since the install. One nylock on the drivers side upper arm would spin freely in either direction but would not makeup or loosen. Had to cut it off and replace the bolt. One nylock on the passenger side would not tighten up anymore but did loosen off to remove it. So i replaced all the nylocks on both arms with regular lock washers and nuts. This is the 4th nylock that has failed on me. Everything has been great with this kit except for these nylocks

Had one of those go bad on my Rusty's kit. Planning on replacing every single one of them with split washers and regular g-8 nuts.

Mine was pulled TIGHT when we put the lift on. It was slack before, and didn't set the brake enough to be of any use; but after the lift it's pretty tight - looks like I should replace it.

Yeah my 99 is close but ok, and the 01 is a few inches taller so I may have to get a longer one.
