Default MSJeeps911 Crazy Build Thread

Hey guys. Well to start of with I own 2 jeeps. So this build is for my ZJ. I no longer own and XJ.. But the XJ donated to the ZJ so it worked out.
I have owned the ZJ for 4yrs and my dad had it for some time b4 that. I got it when I turned 17 but it died and I parked and left it untill now.
The ZJ has 270k on it so heres my build.

The zj when I moved it from the back to the front to start

The trans is out.

Its on ground. Took me only a few hours to do this.

My trans time to rebuild.

Then found this trans. A rock krawler built. Came out of a 96 zj with an 8in lift and long arms. Has 30k on it. Picked up dirt cheap and funny thing was I had to pull this one too.

Trans is in its new home. My jeep.

Time for the good stuff. Well I was gonna do a 3.5in lift but said f*** it go big of go home. So I used my dads old MJ v6 4in lift coils along with a 1.75 spacer to get around 5+in of lift. But before that had some work to still do.

Found some 30x9.50 tires and rims couldnt beat the price 50 bucks all 4. In ok con. Little worn but good for now. While it sits longer my orignial canyons were beat and the tires were shot and all flat.

How it looks.

Now time for the lift.

The coils. Eww dirty

I like red so Im gonna make this all red.

Cleaned up the rust and then painted. BTW this is an xj front axle with 740 U joints.

Pro comp shocks. ES3000S

Then with the lift and spacers on.

Front coils painted red too.

Some adj control arms and a trac bar.
They were painted red. Im gonna repaint them picked them up 120..

Sweet build man. I wish I had the knowledge, time, and ability to do larger projects like transmission swaps. Unfortunately, it's my only car -___-. Eventually the day will come where I do need to swap the transmission and I'll dread it haha. Following this topic!

Its kinda done. Just painting trac bar stuff again for front and need to wait for rear trac bar.

I think im gonna order a 1in spacer for the rear eventually but when I do ill need brake line drop. My rear is at 22 5/8 which makes it 3.75in (was hoping for 4.25 to make jeep level) and my front is 23 13/16 which makes it 5.5in. Maybe little more or lesa but thats about right for it.

This jks bar is amazing. Im tempted to get one for front but they dont offer it with a bolt hole on each end.to.be used with.the.strong bracket.
