So...to update on the motor, all the mods easily added a good 20hp to the wheels! It feels like going from 3.55's to 4.10's, quite noticable.
So I picked up seats out of a 2000 WJ. They are dark leather, 10 way power adjustment, with 3 heating options.
Went to the JY and picked up a tranny cooler out of an f250, ill have pictures of that soon!
Saving for general grabber at2's hopefully before winter hits, these tsl's arent going to get me anywhere
Unfortunately, someone got in to my jeep at night, took my wallet, and camera, so no pictures for a couple weeks. Even took my phone charger...bastads. Good thing my subwoofer is bolted in
When I find them though.....

Yeah, no rust is very nice to have
All the seat controls need is a +12v and ground. The heaters have a switch for each seat that comes in the WJ. I am using all the factory wiring for those, its pretty easy stuff.
Once you get them you will see its pretty easy to set up, if you need any pictures I can post some.
Heres some wheeling pics from a couple weeks ago

Nope, didn't get stuck at all. The mud hole in the last pictures could have turned out worse. I was on top of the ruts (I know the line pretty good), if I dropped in the ruts I would have been over my hood, and probably stuck on the axles. Heres a video of a dodge on 37s not making it through (taking the deep line). Other than that the trails are mostly rock. I dont really like mud.
Ill do a write up on the seats, but its going to be a couple weeks. Just found a good lead on craigslist for some new tubes....
hpd30, 4.10 gears, new balljoints and axle seats, richmond locker. the rear is a ford 8.8, 4.10 gears, open diff, disc brakes. I figure these are more important than getting the seats in. I am going to build a truss for the 8.8 and d30, and swap my diff guards over..I am pretty excited!
the johnny joints from Rough country are already toast. I grease them every to every other tank full, and they are still junk. I cant belive how crappy the "quality" of their products are.

I am also going to build my own "Posi Lock" for the disconnect on the axle. I think it is going to be cool being able to lock, or unlock the front end, basically giving me a selectable locker. Pics will come over the next couple weeks as I do this.

500, and that got me both axles, new gear oil, a Lock-Right locker, 2 extra sets of shafts, new break pads, new wheel bearings, new brake lines, and everything was already swapped on the 8.8 for an XJ, and the driveshaft adapter flange came with it as well. So basically, I got an axle upgrade, gear upgrade, and a front locker all cheaper than it would be to just re-gear either stock axles.
