luckyAD80's 2001 Sienna Pearl XJ
4 wheel parts is full of ****. It's no better where I live. They just have a really good marketing team and they take advantage of all the dumb rich suckers. When my lift was ordered, they ordered an extra pair of rear shocks and no fronts, only one set of leafs(it was for two XJs) and they told me pro comp es3000 shocks were "great".
I'm glad I found cherokeeforum lol
/end rant. Sorry to thread crap, but I feel your pain.
I would go in an ask for a full refund. Get the manager and tell them if they can get you your parts then you want your money back. I bet you could order a lift from somewhere else have have it at your door before 4WP would step up.

Well it's April 2 and 4wheelparts should have received that big shipment they were ranting about. My dude is busy, but I keep on calling him. BUT, I went on their website and "84-01 XJ 3.5in 2-4WD" appeared on my order status! Does that mean they might actually be shipping something that has been rightfully mine for over a month and a half!? WOOHOO.
... go to hell 4wheelparts...
but really, idk what the new info means... if anyone does, please let me know. hopefully he'll answer his phone sooner or later.

Oh, now I understand. They were just trying to be nice and replace my 3.5" RE Leaf Springs with 2.5" ProComp ones. Thanks 4wheelparts! *** you!
If anyone is reading this, please, for the love of God, do not use them to buy anything, ever...

Here is just ONE of the reason,
Btw, site says the shims comes with center pins but as usual, people at 4wheelparts ripped me off again (Mr Neal Shelton claimed that in his 14 yrs experience, they never came with center pins). Paid the man $4 for some center pins and i was on my way.

So again I'm straying from my "build" thread and making it a "BUILDing up my anger" thread. Called my guy 8-10 times today, 3 messages. Talked to him yesterday about how I was going to call today to get it cancelled if it did not ship. Never called me back. COOL.

I would leave him a last message, telling him you are about to cancel the order.
Give him an hour to get back, if not, call up your credit card company. Period.
Worst case....BBS.
Imagine what happens if you have issue with your parts in future.
I feel your pain bro.

I thought I was the only one who hated 4wheelparts customer service. In-store that is, over the phone their corporate reps were more than helpful but the guys at the store here in Houston all got their heads up their butts.
Anyway....BE WARNED!!! I bought MT side biter wheels and was "recommended" the acorn style lug nuts, I thought well money's tight so I'll get them in a week or two when I can afford them......bad idea. The stock lugs, "fit" and I thought I had them torqued down. Boy was I wrong, 4 miles into the first trip with them my front drivers wheel came off!!!!!! Thank God I was just turning into a neighborhood and not on the busy road however. Im really digging your jeep but please, invest in the acorn style lug nuts. I think they're like 40 bucks a set but you WILL WANT THEM. Keep up the work!!

Okay, cancelled my order.. well asked them to. Gave me at least a half a month of additional wait time lol. Getting rest with SeriousOffroad most likely, track bar from craigslist, and I just ordered black center caps and lug nuts from Summit Racing, but I didn't get a confirmation email. Center caps are on back order, but they aren't necessary immediately after lifting the Jeep. The lug nuts should get here by Wednesday or Thursday, can hopefully lift Saturday.
1. If anyone has shopped with them before, why didn't I get an email confirmation? I even made an account and it didn't email me about that...
2. Can anyone tell me some things to look out for when lifting. I'm basing it off of this: Rubicon PDF - where can I get spring compressors??
