Yeah I'm pushing more an more away from the big block just thought I'd use it cus I had it laying around but I'm lookin mire towards small block v8

It's no caddillac but its a lot better than I expected its a little stiff and tight all in all very good

Just out of curiosity, why not just use that army jeep, with the lift kit already installed, as your base vehicle? why go through the work of taking it off, putting it on the black one, then putting the black ones susp. back on the army one?

The army jeep was completely rusted out has no floor boards and the rear end and tranny were goin out

thinking about doin a long arm upgrade while i wait for my 1 tons because i want to completely rebuild the axles and the jeep doesnt have much play with those short arms

just wonderin when the "1 ton" swap comes in to play? you have 3/4 ton axles not 1 ton lol

Yeah i actually just learned that they were 3/4 tons when I came back to get em I hadn't done much reasearch when I got them and didn't know much about how to tell but learning over the last year that I've had em I noticed they were when I saw them again

Hate to rain on your parade dude, but not only are they 3/4 ton axles... a 351M is a small block. Still, it's looking good!

idk if id waste my time with a 351M anyways. if it was a 351 cleveland thats a different story. Id go with a 351 windsor or a 302. either would make the same power or more and they have so many more go fast parts. And theyre smaller and lighter. A 302 would fit a lot easier. thats just my opinion
