i want to run the super swamper ltb 34x10.50x15 inch tire on a 93 xj. i also want to run the shortestest lift possible my fenders are cut and im not going to be rock crawling mostly woods trails and mud my question is can i run just a three inch lift or would i have to go bigger i have 31x10.50s on it now and no lift and very little run on the inside of the rear fenders on these trails now

If you rub even slightly on a 31, how do you think a 34 will fare? You're going to need more lift, or extensive fender cutting and bumpstopping.

im not really for sure why u would want 34s if all your doing is trailriding, im running mtr 31x10.50s and i can go anywhere i want. u would have to with with a larger lift, if not ur flex is going to be severlly compromised

4 to 4.5 would be best... roughcountry has a decent priced 4.5... and i know trailmaster has a 4.. not sure on the price tho... this sounds like it would be a good build... them pizza cutters will do you well in the mud..
