I gotcha. I run pretty much the same steering set up as you. I used to use 5/8" grade 8 hardware and bent a few passenger side bolts. I went up to 3/4" hardware after my 44 swap and haven't had much issues out of it. It would have been easy to double shear the passenger side if your knuckle wasn't cut.

Jeep looks good though.

Forgot to add after the 3/4 ton swap and f150 rear springs imy wheelbase is at 105''

Well just got a quote from a guy for an eco-cage today friend of my dads $1000-1500 pretty pumped on that! I Just need some good ideas now think i would like the top and windshield something like his but i want it to go all the way around and not just the top! Any ideas/pictures I should do?

he's also got an internal cage tied into that. just make sure your cage has internal cross bracing, internal tie ins, frame tie ins etc.

I like this jeep a lot

was gonna brace all down the side on outside as well to the frame

Just make sure you have cross bracing on the inside of the Jeep. For strength this is needed

Getting ready to swap my auto doors to manual doors pics soon as I get it done now I won't have to worry about all the wires when i pull the doors off but I can still roll the door down
