Default It's been over a year, but my 1 Ton XJ is running!

Finally after 13 months the XJ drives under its own power. It was to drive it finally even it was only around the warehouse a few times. Only has the rear driveshaft in, still has a few days of wrenching before it will be ready for any trails :cool spot:

Thanks guys! It's been a long build and I have wanted to throw it off a cliff or part it out a few times. It's got a few more days of wrenching in her before she is trail worthy

The coilovers are 14" FOAs with 200/250 (might be 150/200 i will have to double check) spring rates all around. No good pics of the 4 link, but will grab some next time I work on it.

Tie rod isnt OTK because I had some binding issues in the steering I still need to figure out.

I probably know what you mean, but a build like this is anything but simple.

i was waiting for someone to post exactly what you just did. thanks. lol.
you don't think i know that?

what i meant was it isn't over done with useless crap like an ugly *** stinger, roof rack, tire swing, spare tire on the roof, poorly built exo cage, excess amount of off road lights, chop or any gay home made useless add on.

this is simple, made to function.

good job. how did you do your shock hoop for the front?

are the hoops just tied into the frame with a cross bar connecting them? or is it welded into more places that we can't see. what is your wheelbase? I have lots of questions
