Hi I turned 18 in January but my dad just gave me his 1998 jeep Cherokee and I want to put a new exhaust system in...I was wondering what would be the best brand to put in for performance and sound...I want a deep low rumble sound..right now I'm looking at either a Gibson performance exhaust system or borla.

Borla is my vote. But then again I don't think Cherokees should sound like muscle cars. I slapped a glass pack behind my cat and couldn't be happier with the sound..

 

I love my thrush welded muffler

 

I welded 3in from the cat and put a flow master super 40 single inlet and dual outlet 2.5 in with turn downs and everyone ask if I have a v8 swap sounds deep at low idle

 

Honestly man I just cut off my muffler. Sounds great! Cost nothn.
