Do you have a build thread for your 95?

No I don't, it's just a side project for when I have time until it's built. The progress is slow so it isn't worth a build thread..

What about just using adapters and running them on your Jeep the way they are?

I've already got a set of soft 8s with 5x5.5 bolt pattern, plus if I sell the JK cragars it makes the tires even cheaper! Lol

Appreciate it! I've got the 9" all done, just need to weld the backbone on it, the 44 has are the brackets cut off, just need to mock it all up so it'll be a while probably!

I'll be slowly buying new parts for this jeep.. By next summer I want it to be at 5.5" lift with long arms on 35s and gears.

Parts list planning:

RE 5.5" coils
RE 3.5" leafs
2" shackles
HD shackle relocation brackets
IRO long arms
Undecided on what 35s to run but that will come when I get to it.

I've already got the shackles and relocation brackets, and 4.5" RE coils new in the box, so if anyone is interested in those or a trade let me know!

Sad post.

I knew I had rust under the rear flares but wasn't expecting quite this much. Debating on getting a pair of doglegs and welding them in, or to just cut past the pinch weld to where the top of the original flare sits and weld some metal in to seal it up... Not sure at this point, bummer.

Are you not planning on cutting the openings to fit those big new tires from post #144? I'd be surprised if they fit with the OEM flares. It's a nice looking Jeep! A little welding and some touch up paint and you'll happy with her again!

No, those 37s will be going on my 95 XJ crawler build. I'm going to be cutting up to the top of the OEM flare and weld in metal to get it sealed up. I'll be repainting the rear quarters with bedliner but I don't like touch up paint, my dads done body work since he was a kid so we will be repainting the roof to fix the few spots of rust up there starting. I'll be doing the rear fender cut this week, pics to come!
