Long arms are finished. For the front we used two currie joints on the body side and two poly bushings on the axle side. For the rear Poly bushings on both, body and axle side, currie and trail gear joints on the A-arm.
Goliath Off Road adjustable track bar and poly bushings on the front axle are installed. We are waiting for both, front and rear steel diff covers and 1 ton steering.
We sent the whole suspension for the powdercoating. After assembling the suspension back, we will start with painting process.

Just realized, I haven't been posting in a while...
Next step was to paint the Jeep. We painted the whole thing with the kevlar liner, we offer in the shop, tinted red ( original color code from WJ ). I think it came out great!
Still, a lot to do though.
Next step is to paint the moldings, bumpers, rock sliders and put it back together lol

Haven't posted here for a long time...
We decided to set the WJ project aside for some time.
But, we started working on it again.
One of the things that were missing was the 1 ton steering.
To keep te ride as much comfortable as possible, we decided to go with tie rod ends.
Also replaced the ball joints.
