Yes I dd during winter. It doesn't bother me under 50 mph. When I'm on freeways I feel the gears holding me back but I rarely drive far. It's kinda person to person. Someone who is used to driving a zippy sports car and compares jeep to that will notice it more than me who always has had trucks and SUVs.

Still having battery problems. I think something is draining it when it's sitting. Any ideas? Terminals cleaned. Main ground cleaned. Wires cleans. What else to check? Battery Is new.

Volt reading with nothing on. It stays this high for about 15 minutes then drops to near 13 or lower. Wether using lights, sub or whatever. Is this drop normal?

Are you saying that when you turn on the lights/sub/whatever, it drops to 13? If so, yes, that's a normal drop.

That sounds like bad alternator then, but if you haven't had any performance issues or trouble starting, then that can't be the case and it'd have to be the gauge or something between the gauge and the battery. You'd have performance issues long before the voltage ever got to red line (decreased/no acceleration). When it goes to redline, have you tested the alternator using a mulitmeter at the battery leads?

Also, your alternator could be GOING bad. Often when alternators start to go bad the voltage will fluctuate. But the best thing to do is, with all accessories off, check the voltage at the battery when the gauge dips. Remember, do it with everything off except the engine, because the gauge itself reads the voltage after load (so it will naturally go down when you start to turn on things like lights, blower fan, radio, subwoofer, offroad lights, etc.).
If you plan on running a lot of these things at once, you might want to consider upgrading your alternator. Especially if the alternator is bad, this might be a good time (sorry if you've already done this, been a while since I read your build thread).
