everything ive read says just to stay with 8.25. the 4x4 shop here says i wont break it with upgraded shafts and a locker. and im pretty sure i trust them when they have more jeeps in their family then the stg has all together

the shafts and tube are the exact same size as a 44

K so i got a new t case out of a 99 wrangler i believe. the input shafts on these are a good inch longer than cherokees so i spent a good 5 hours grinding it down to the correct size. and it fit great. would have been easy with the right saw but my cut off saw didnt do a thing to that metal
