Well as you all might have read my build thread for "Tiny" the 2 door XJ that was to be larger than life.
It has changed for a few reasons:
-Issues with my '89
-Money tree about gone
-2 door always wanted
-Wife's keeping the mini-van
So the plan is as follows, Drive line and electrical system donor is a '92 4 door XJ.

Suspension and axles from "Silver Dollar" my current DD/weekend wheeler..

And all going into "Tiny" the little 2 door that could..

Work started this past weekend with removing the dash. And the Jeep as a roller should be in the drive way later today or tomorrow. The plan is to start on the floors and than move onto laying out the electrical..
Build time is figure in to about 2 months..

Well it has a rear axle under it...

And I found I have a bit more work cut out for me than I first thought in floor repair..

I also got the HVAC unit out and the dash area completely stripped down. Most build Wranglers like this me I'm doing a XJ..

No pics today..
I did make head way though. I got all the bad spots cut out of the floor and tomorrow will start prepping it for new floor pans..
With any luck by Friday I'll be welding in new floor steel and laying down the bed liner inside..

I'm kinda cheating though. I'm using the Roof off a '85 S10 Blazer to make the floors out of. Is already ribbed and it's rather thick..

No budget or time for a custom 1 off dash..
As for floor the roof will be the rear floor and I have a old steal door that will give it's life for the front floor so I can form it...
I should have some progress pics this evening also..

Sorry for being slightly off topic Nick, but I noticed it says you're running the Goodyear Authoritys, what's your take on 'em? They look awesome, and I'm thinking about picking up a set possibly, they remind me a lot of the Toyo m/t's, but a fraction of the price. Liking your build so far man, I had a '87 4 dr. xj that looked almost exactly like your silver one

Here's a few pics of the floor trimmed and primered and ready to fit floor pans.

Now here's a few with poster board templates laid out..

And lastly a few of the pans cut out and 1 of a pan fitted just not welded yet..
