I'm gonna make a wrap around bumper for mine.
I've given thought to making a tube wrap-around bumper and making sure there is room for the tip to exit between... not sticking out any, just going between the two tubes and stopping flushOriginally Posted by DenimDean
I've never seen that, that's a great idea. I'm gonna make a wrap around bumper for mine.

That would be cool. I need to start drawing mine up and figure out how I want it.Originally Posted by Basslicks

Did some fender trimming this weekend.
The rear passenger side ended up being rusted to the point that doing a cut and fold wasn't an option, so I had to go the cut and weld route. It was a pain, but I got a lot of practice welding overhead, so that was good.
Here's the front. I'm going to take them up higher to match the back, just didn't have time this weekend.

No problem. I also haven't forgotten about the rear quarter panel cut and fold write-up, just haven't had time to do it yet.Originally Posted by JPXJMOAB

WHEW! When I looked at that first pic, I thought disaster struck. Glad to hear it was "on purpose" lol. Looks good man! What welder did you use?

Right on. I'm really liking what I'm hearing about them. I'm STRONGLY considering one of these when I get the money up for my first ACTUAL mig Originally Posted by DenimDean

That looks like a good deal. When it comes time to upgrade in thinking about the Hobart Ironman 230, but that won't be for a long time.Originally Posted by Basslicks
