I've got the case in pieces on the work bench. hopefully will have it assembled tonight and back under the jeep tomorrow morning.

Need to convince the wife to let me close in the carport...

 

Busted all my leaf spring clips on the last couple wheeling trips.
(Rock slid up and busted the bolts)





Should take care of that.

 

Pulled the old crossmember and tranny mount.
Got the new poly mount in and got the IRO crossmember mostly in. Only .5 the bolts but it's back on it on weight. Got dark have to finish tomorrow.

Took a little long on that cause I got half way into it I thought I'd try running it without the transfer drop. We'll see if it vibs or not.

 

Crossmember installed. Then took the doors off and everyone went for a ride.

Yes, I've been running Spacers with the Stock Isolators removed.

Finished the D44 Build, aside from a little tweaking, took it Camping for a Shakedown:
















Axle did great but had to do a few trail repairs to get the Jeep home:



1) Ground Wire came off ---> replaced it with a new one.
2) Thought Was Running Lean --> New Fuel Filter
3) TPS Snapped in Half... --> New TPS
4) O-Ring Blew on FPR --> New FPR

After all that she finally ran right again and drove home just fine.
