Well you definitely want quality ujoints if youre dropping money on chromos. And i like the extra security.
But depending on your wheeling style you may get away with some good spicers.

Placed an order for some 5-760x Spicer U Joints so Ill have those this week. Supposed to also be getting a HP30 which ill swap in and pull my LP apart and have spare shafts and some other parts.

Picked up some WARN xj sliders. Super nice design, beefy, and got em for a steal.
Started mounting them...they are hanging down a bit here because htey are just held on with a couple bolts in the pic:
