Great build! It's coming along great. I'm trying to make mine the same way. I want it to look good and be a dependable DD, but also be able to hit the trails and get through pretty much anything I want it to.
As for LED light bars, there is a place local to me that sells cheep LED lights and light bars (Xtreme LED Lights and Accessories llc). They have the 3x3 square ones for about $48 a piece and they have the 40" spot/flood combo (MODEL X240C) for $420. Plus a lot more. It's phone order only though, but they have a facebook with most the prices and pictures of the LED bars (they also have different types of bars, single and double row), and they can ship too, idk the shipping pricing though.

another place that the expo crowd seems to like is http://blitzpro.com/12v-led-lights.html they dont have a 40in bar though. I want to get a pair of their 6LZ Compact Light Bars for camping purposes.

alright im know im late here, but did the overhead actually come with your jeep or did you or a p.o. install it. My classic definitely does not have one but i want one now haha
