So this is how it started, 1994 cherokee country with RE 3.5" and 31/10.5/15 A/T

Axles(1979 Ford F150 D44HP and Ford9")

I´m gonna start with the rear...
Ford 9" was shaved & trussed.
Shaved


Truss

I used a S10 leaf pack to make a bastard pack
also i made the shackle relocation things.

In the middle...
AA SYE....
I plate the unibody with 3X3X3/16" angle
also made a crossmember.
Its 5X2X1/4"

35/12.5/15 BFG KM´2

And some stuff from ballistic & quadratec.

3/4 Rod ends for steering & panhard
Ballistic joint for the extended radius arms.
5.5" RE coils
Warn premium hubs.

Front...
D44 HP completely rebuild from hub to hub.
Custom trackbar Bracket

I Plate the diff cover with 1/4" and add a ballistic souvenir.

For the steering & trackbar used 1.5X1/4" DOM


For the extended Radius arms used 2X1/4" DOM

All done.

Very cool man. Almost exactly what i'm in the middle of doing. 79 D44 and 9", but i'm running 4.88's. Detroit in the front, full spool rear. Can you post some more pics of it sitting at ride height? What size tires are you running? NM I see you're running 35 12.50's, I just sold mine going to 37's. I'd like to see some more detailed pics of your arms if you have some. How long are your arms from the inside of the "C" to the end of the weld in bung? How does it handle / drive on the street? Thanks.

Looks nice man but any reason in particular you kept the factory radius arms? Im about to do the same swap in mine but 3-link the front instead

In 78 and 79 the radius arm C's are cast in the axle housing, not welded to where you can cut them off. So you have to maintain the ford arm on the axle side. Because of the design you do not have to run an upper link. Just the two lowers and a track bar.
