Chrispl57's '91 Limited Build
Photo in its original state
This jeep was bought as a toy and is going to built into an offroader.
The good:
Low miles 164k
It runs?
Limited Edition so power everything
The Bad (So far):
Rusted quarter panel
Foam tape and putty on side
Found some holes drilled under the putty
Oil leak from top of engine (Needs new valve cover gasket)
Coolant reservoir is basically empty gonna flush whole system and top it off.
Heats up while idle (see above issue)
The alarm system is broken and I cant lock the doors
The antenna broke in the mount so no way a new one is going in
After I fix the mechanical issues is when the lift ect will begin.

Does your alarm system go off every time you unlock the jeep? I have two limited's and both of them had that problem. Take the panel of of the back hatch and on the door latch you should see a gray connector. take that off and jump it with a paper clip. It makes the alarm think the vehicles locked all the time and renders the alarm system useless. Hope that helps.
