Those are them. I was originally going to paint them black, tape up the insides, and then paint the outside silver. The paint ended up peeling and rather than go through with spending an hour taping up each spoke, I just did a solid silver.

Try using etching primer on the bare aluminum. They might even be a magnesium wheel.

Love the tires with the tread on the sides too.

Those are not the same lol, those are like mine, they were stock under the chief trim. The ones of the OP are with 15 spokes and ours are with 10.

I got the weekend off so after I cut and burned a tree that feel in my yard I decided to do something to my jeep. I decided to roll the quarter panels in since that wouldn't cost me anything. I didn't do the notch/bend thing that everyone is doing since I would have to buy seam sealer or urethane to seal it. I ended up just rolling the edge back to 90 degrees and made a lip.

Now I gotta call a guy that is giving away a running 4.0 out of a 96. Its free to whoever can load it up. As long as it hasn't been sitting outside for a year I'm gonna go get it.

Could you explain how you simply rolled back the rear wells?? Seems like a great alternative to trimming the rear!

I took a sawzall and trimmed the 1/4 lip on the edge of the quarter panel. Then take a pair of pliers and grab the quarter about an 1/8 inch above the spot welds and bend it back to about a 30 degree angle. Then take a general purpose dolly and a body hammer with a curved face and roll it back until its at a 90 degree angle with the quarter.
If you plan on stuffing the tires all the way in then I'd roll it back all the way to keep the sharp edges away from the tires. This does the same thing as notching and rolling the quarter but it keeps the quarter sealed. It also takes a little longer but I think it looks better.

Im surprised how well and flush it looks and the panels aren't bent to all hell. It seems like it wouldn't be possible on the real round parts of the wheel well..

I'm needing to get my yard cleaned up so I decided to finally swap the sheet metal over from my 84. I'm still surprised how clean it is considering it is over 25 years old. I haven't cut the fenders because I need some thinner blades for my saw. I need to swap out the regulators, locks, handles, and glass (94 is tinted). And I'll never understand why AMC decided to use torx for the doors (or anything else). I ended up breaking one and can't swap it out because the Matco buy comes by my friends shop on Friday.

After I swapped everything over I needed to figure out how to get the 84 onto a trailer since I pulled the front axle and rear axle shafts.

Solution- SAWZALL. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

I've done collision repair for the last ten years and I always enjoyed cutting apart cars. What surprised me is the lack of reinforcements in the pillars. I figured there would be more to it. I still need to cut the body in half but that'll wait until Sunday when the trailer gets here. When I get done the jeep will be in pieces small enough for two of us to roll onto the trailer.

I have no idea. I'm gonna air it back up Saturday. I hope its just the valve. They are new tires.

I am planning on bed lining the sides gray. I have some bodywork to do to the sides and I have to cut the quarter overhang between the tires and rear bumper.
