cash for clunkers rescue
I rescued my xj from a local guy out here in ny it is a 92 laredo with 74k on it i couldnt let that pass me by i had to jump on it here are some pics of the transformation

Love the storage in the rear, man. I'm welding in new floors right now and was considering doing something similar but out of metal. I was going to have the same slim design, but make the top piece flip up and have it hinge in the middle so it folds compact enough to not smash the roof. Something kind of like this for the top part

I don't know if that helps, but that is supposed to be the top view and the " --- " represent the hinged part. Your method looks like it's a lot simpler, though. Did you secure it so the floor so it doesn't fly around?

Yea the storage I built myself and the rack I built myself also I just borrowed the idea from another forum member tactical40. Thanx for the kind words fellas
