X2, I would wait as well. You don't want to ruin your trip because you could not wait to start the chop top.

Well I'm still waiting for my backbone bumper, but I guess it must be worth the wait! Here's some test flex shots... ya I need long arms!!!

I love the rig. Your doing a great job on it. You guys find the best deals on here. That thing is really clean for $500. Even when it was stock. Im having no luck finding a good deal on a cherokee : (

Ya I did some good searching around before I found a little rich kid that didn't know what he had to sell me this bad boy! I'd say it was his dads hand me down...
Haha what an idiot. Just as a reference point how many miles were on it when you bought it and was there anything wrong with it?

Ya it was around 180k miles, someone had cut out the catalytic converter, needed a bank 1 O2 sensor, fuel pump had a intermittent failure problem, leaking diffs, bondo on the hood & RF fender, & faded paint... lol Ya it wasn't in the greatest of shape, but it just needed a good home!
I took her in to do the safety & emissions, & it was no where near passing, the guy even laughed at me!!! That is tell I brought it back the very next day after replacing the cat, O2, plugs, wires, oil, & air filter! Shut that dude up real quick cause she past like a brand new car!!!!
All together I dropped like $1,000.
