i have duals right now. on is on the way out and the other for some reason makes my jeep run hotter by about 20 degrees so i just run the one, but i drive a lot when i work and sit in traffic everyday and it heats up and takes forever to cool down to under 200

ok so i got my trans cooler in last week and still havent had time to install it since i have beeen dealing with court dates, work and school. hopefully soon it will be installed. i also picked up some beer tap handles for cheap. one is about a foot long and will be custom fitted for the auto trans with a forward lock release handle. the other one i got is really short at about 4in long and that will be fitted some how for my 4wd lever. the handles probably wont be installed till december since that is when i will be back home for christmas break and have more time and tools to complete the task.

little update. went and traded my 32s for some 35s. mounted them in a McDonalds parking lot and drove 35 minutes home. rode great and seemed balanced really good for being beadlocks. they stick out really far which i love the look of.

yeah. its technically a 5in lift but its old and sags a lot. also i do have a lot of trimming done to it. the back its fine but the fronts are close but arent going to rub. the backspacing is so extreme that they stick pretty good. i will get a side pic for comparison. i did do a full lock u-turn after i put them on and got zero rubbing.

so just a little update with some problems i am having. first thing i noticed was that my power steering is loosing fluid from the box where the pitman arm attachs. so just about every other day i have to fill it up. also i noticed this a day after my steering leak. the pulley on the alt is making a grinding noise and it looks to have shifted just a hair and is now grinding off some of the belt but it has barely done that. my alt is still good with charging my battery and running accessories just fine. is it possible to just replace the bad pulley on it?

just an update.
had my alt pulley freeze on me, and i mean i wasnt able to turn it with a 4ft bar on a rachet. also my power steering pump went to hell the same day. got both of the replaced in the parking lot where it died. havent had a single problem since. also go a new sub for the back and sounds great.
looking at getting some HD steering as an upgrade to handle these 35s a little better.
might be picking up a parts xj that has a bunch of lift goodies and other things for real cheap to swap parts onto my current xj.
