FINALLY got the rear off jack stands tonight. This is actuall ride height as of now and it looks pretty sick I think. Whats the crews opinion maybe go a little lower or try it out and see how it does. It's a little over 6 ft tall and almost 8 ft wide and 120ish Inch wheelbase the way it sits.

Here's some pics of the back. I might just add more tube to that bumper but more than likely just redo it when the tube bending starts. I just tacked it all for now until I decide which way to go with it.

Lookin good, any plans to plate the frame? Those 42's will rip it apart, are you getting chromo shafts or anything for your 60's?? I have seen rear 60's snap shafts and destroy ring and pinions with smaller then 39's- I definitly wouldn't run it with 42's, why not go 14 bolt, Sterling, Dana 70, or even Dana 80? Any of those would be a much better choice with that large of tire. But that stance looks dam good, and nice job on the comp cut! Interested to see where this goes!

Can I make a suggestion? Your rear shackle mounts are welded to teh bumper that's bolted to the stock bumper mount locations? That's going to destroy the rear unibody first time you drive it. You need some real structure back there to support the rig's weight, not just hanging them off the rear bumper mounts.

You can use your stock XJ rear springs turned around for the stretch, and with a better-than-stock shackle angle they'll flex as good as those Chevy springs.
I like your rear fender cut out too. Are you planning any similar clearance cuts for the front fender openings? Perhaps I'm getting ahead of you a bit?
