I have a couple small items on the way now. Tie rod flip for the driver's side and rear lower shock mount relocation brackets. I keep getting hung on them out in the rocks. Will update when I get everything installed.

Ditto, entire threat read through. Just wondering about the LED headlights, DOT legal and can you get a picture of them on at night? Im really thinking about picking a pair of these up.

Yes, they're DOT legal. The difference at night is amazing. I don't have any before photos, but here are the LED's. I get some funky shadows because of my tubing on the front bumper, but I'm very pleased with them.

No, I don't, but basically just sandwich plates through the floor on the B, C, and D pillars. The A pillar tubes are welded to the rock rails. I'm planning on adding some square tubing and plate underneath to tie the B-Pillar supports into the rock rails as well.

so are the c and d pillars tied into anything? im trying to plan my cage and just getting some ideas. this is my first unibody haha

 

Right now, the C and D pillars are just sandwich plates through the sheetmetal. C pillars are through the rear fenderwells so not much I can do there. D pillars are through the floor behind the wheelwells. I'm planning to tie those plates into the "frame" rails with tube or flat. As it is, it's much better than nothing, but as I continue to wheel this thing harder, I've been looking for ways to tie everything together a little better.

 

Shaved my rear diff today. Impulse move while I was rotating the tires. I didn't get any before pics, but I gained about 1/2" of clearance by just grinding the lip off the bottom of the 8.25 housing. Took me about 30 minutes with a grinder and cost nothing.

 

I love bonus time at work !! Now I have some projects ahead of me . . .

 

Working on getting the stiffeners installed. What a PITA since I already had the sliders welded to the "frame". Had to notch the stiffeners to fit around. Welding upside down really sucks too! One side down, one side to go.
