Can't remember price difference, but to note the bushing material used by Dallas is proprietary, not off the shelf poly. Not trying to knock XJwonders at all (bought stuff from him myself), just that it's not an apples to apples thing.
Love the build, always wanted to build a really clean lifted MJ, but between my buggy and another XJ I'm building, I'll just have to fill the void with threads like this

I don't know. Might be backed up with orders. I have his poly mount with rubber brown dog engine mounts and no issues. But since I raised the trans up with the mount the tcase touches the tunnel and increases idle vibrations from that more so than the mount bushings.

Love the build. I have similar specs to yours 4.0 ax15 ford 8.8.
I'm seriously researching the 241OR swap to help with rock crawling in a 5speed. What did you do with the flange output on the case and flange output on the pinion? Is it possible to have a double cardan with 2 flanges like that?
