Nope you cant use 2 coats. It doesnt stick to itself. it was definitely on there thick enough the first time. You can tell. It just doesn't stick to even slightly greasy surfaces. It acted like water on a glass window
It stuck really well to the tubes but I had a lot of trouble getting it to stay on the differential and coil buckets etc

alrighty. the D-turdy is finally ready. gonna need some new hardware to get it in

specs:
upper ball joints
lower ball joints
UCA mount bushings
4.56 gears
aussie locker
ruffstuff cover

future plans will be ABS shafts and 760 joints. gonna try that setup for a bit
then maybe a WJ knuckle swap next year

oh and here is the stock steering spacer. I was curious so I put pressure onto it to see if I could bend it easily

I broke it with my hands by bending it against the cement. WEAK

the final progress of 2 weeks of hard work. still needs a few more things before I can DD it but here it is

test drive was amazing. no sway bars and it feels just like driving a stock cherokee. barely any body roll
steering handles amazing. so smooth it feels stock but I did lose a tiny bit of turning radius.
rear locker. I cant even feel the detroit. it's really quiet too
4x4 engages and everything works!
